4 Payments & Transactions

• The minimum deposit amount is fixed and displayed on the platform.
• Only payment methods registered in your own name may be used.

5 Withdrawal Policy

Withdrawing funds from th10 is simple and fast. Withdrawal requests are typically processed within 5–30 minutes. However, withdrawals may be delayed if KYC verification has not been completed.

• Withdrawals must be made using the same payment method used for the deposit.
• Identity verification is mandatory before your first withdrawal.
• Winnings derived from bonuses are subject to specific wagering requirements before withdrawal.

8 Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the th10 platform in order to maintain its integrity and fairness. Violations may result in permanent account termination.

• Creating or operating multiple accounts.
• Using the platform for money laundering or any illegal financial activity.
• Attempting to manipulate the bonus system.
• Placing bets using bots or automated software.
• Placing bets using match-fixing arrangements or insider information.
• Attempting to steal or hack another member's account credentials.
• Arbitrage betting or strategic bet patterns that harm the platform.

9 Responsible Gaming

Th10 believes betting is for entertainment, not a source of income. We encourage all our members to play responsibly and provide a range of tools to help them do so.

• Deposit Limit: Set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit limits for yourself.
• Betting Limit: Control how much you bet within a given time period.
• Cooling-Off Period: Take a break for anywhere between 24 hours and 30 days.
• Self-Exclusion: If you feel your betting is getting out of control, you can suspend or permanently close your account at any time.
